You may remember last June I won a family holiday to Sydney, Australia with Virign Radion and The Wiggles.
I had quite major problems with the PR company and it looked like it may have been too good to be true.
I had call out of the blue from a new PR company in October and it seemed the other one had lost the contract with Tourism New South Wales in Australia and they would be dealing with my prize.
The lady from the new PR firm and the lady in OZ were fantastic and reasurred me everything was OK. They bent over backwards to help and sort out all of the problems the orginal PR firm had left behind. They organised all our activities which were all included in the prize and even sorted out our Visas which we were meant to be paying for.
They even got us tickets to see The Wiggles in Sydney while we were there. We were 4 rows from the front and the girls were so chuffed. Even my husband admits he enjoyed himelf and sang along!
We left for Sydney on 17th December and had an amazing 11 nights over Christmas (not long enough really, but it was FREE and we would not have gone otherwise).
We did so much, but my highlights were climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and touching a koala bear and feeding kangaroos from my hand.
The photos and video of the children are magical and we have so many great memories. I can't remember who posted the competition back in May 2007, but thank you so much.
Am off to win my next holiday now!
