I am the Marketing Manager at ACW Holdings. Our role is to produce the range of brochures and websites, and material to represent our developments. In designing the information, I work very closely with senior management to understand the product that we are selling and to represent it accurately in the market.
Our developments are designed to be 'high-yield' investments, that is to provide our clients with the best opportunities to make the strongest return on their investment. Buying a property is one of the largest financial decisions that we can make in our lives, so making the right decision is very important.
To provide you some insight, Jumeirah Village South was an important location for us because it is 10 minutes from all of the major tourist attractions, and close to the New International Airport. Jumeirah Village South will become an important residential hub in New Dubai. The surrounding areas of the Springs, Meadows and Emirates Hills have seen their rental value increase by 300% since launch! Jumeirah Village is one of the most sought after location for plots in Dubai, because of the potential of the region in the short-term and as projects such as Dubai Sports City and Dubailand come about, JVS will increase again in value.
We are always interested in improving our communication with our clients. All of our projects are subject to RERA and have Escrow Accounts. Our team works hard to provide information that lets buyers make an informed decision about their investment and we ourselves very carefully choose the regions in the UAE that we want to develop. As a company we have an extended vision as a property developer that will eventually lead us into new markets across North Africa and the Middle East; and hopefully our existing clients will continue to profit from their investment and grow with us.
If you have any questions please email us at info@acwholdings.com and we will address them directly.0 -
Can ACW Holdings Let us know the progress in their project Hannover Square in Jumeirah Village?
Is it true that the project has been delayed by several months but buyers have to keep paying the instalments, please clarify0 -
I have recently purchased 4 units through IPIN a company I have used to purchase property through over the years. IPIN screen and vet the developers that they work with closely. I have bought over 16 properties internationally through IPIN and when they presented the ACW high yield products I was more than happy to invest as they are maintance free and everything checked out. People have mixed opinions on Dubai and how the market will go. I have no concerns as I never rely on capital apprication. I only look at yield a much safer way to play the market. joe.0

Hi,
Ive got a small studio in Patinum from ACW Holding's... i do have to say that iam very happy with them so far, the staff were friendly and helpful and did say i didnt have to use the exchange rate given to me, but was there to make it helpful for those without any way of transfering money.
In regards to the exhibition, am sure most company's use sales tactics, but its the nature of a sales environment. i have a few things in dubai, which have been paid fully by cash, and the returns have been great for me.0 -
Two delighted new posters just as the company was getting some stick! How about that for good timing!0

I have purchased a 1 bed studio in Knightsbridge Court in Dubai and it has been the biggest mistake. SkyComm will fleece you with unexplained payment penalties. What they will do is freeze a poor rate for you (they will state its the best rate available) , and if you are 1-2 days late with the payment you will be hit with a huge penatly, however they will not inform you that you have been late with the penalty until 7-8 months down the line. They do this so the penalty charge accumulates as they charge 100 dhirams a day, so 7-8 months down the line you are looking at a sizeable penatly charge.
I called up skycomm last month and asked them if my balance and account is clear, they said to me its all clear and i just have to pay the remainder on completion. 1 month later i receive a call from Shubham (Most unhelpful and sarcastic git) who laughs on the phone requesting 6000 dhirams penatly charge for a May payment i made (6 months ago). When I explained that the lady last month told me the account is clear he says you have to pay this now or its 100 dhirams a day. When i ask to speak to a manager i get told he is busy and he will call me back. Guess what he still hasnt called and my so called penalty charge is accumulating. I am going to report Skycom to RERA.

People have mixed opinions on Dubai and how the market will go.
With property prices down, banks reportedly no longer offering any kind of mortgage on apartments, banks requiring a 50% deposit on villas, banks no longer offering loans to the employees of developers, projects put on hold, developers paying off staff..... Perhaps the question of Miracle or Mirage will get an answer soon? The MSE Dictionary

If you own any property with skycom investment/ACW holdings or have have bought anything through[/QUOTE]
Hi Folks
As a matter of fact I have invested in 2 units in Arjan, Dubailand with Skycom-investments now ACW Holdings and I am very concerned about the lack of progress being made on the project. Since February 2009 till present day November 2009 there has been zilch preogress. Naturally I am very concerned and worried about my investment, so I went to dubai and went straight to ACW Holdings Office and had a meeting with one of their customer services manager who tried to give me assurances that the project will be completed be it a little behind the scheduell. Somehow I did not believe or trust them. I asked them to take me to the project construiction site. When I arrived there all I could see was a Huge Crator in the Sand with few concrete holes here and there as well as a propped up slabbed perimeter wall. I saw some construction workers there doing some manual work, but No diggers, Cranes, Cement or Concrete Mixers.
I went back to ACW Holdings office and spoke to an Account Manager and told him that I was not impressed with their lack of progress on construction of the project and I will be reporting them to RERA for some concrete assurances, guarantees and straight answers. I have threatened ACW Holdings of witholding future payments pending real progress and compeletion on time.(I have already paid 70% in cash Installments) Lets see what RERA have to say about my complaints regarding ACW Holdings.
