Im after a fitness DVD, Something up beat & a bit dancy so can almost be like fun!
I dont fancy a has been celebrity..Danielle Lloyd,WAGS etc..
I like the look of the one with girl from Corrie, Tyrons girlfriend, she seems realistic, she was once a bit bigger & you can tell results now rather than perfect girls not wanting to sweat..Im a HUGE Dirty Dancing fan on thier one & learning the dances would be brill but id end up doing them after a few to many on a night out & everything!
What you think?

There are loads of DVDs to choose from. Just google "best fitness DVDs 2008" or similar. I personally go for Rosemary Conley every time. You can make it as hard as you like and Coleen Nolan in the recent one looks fantastic. I've always followed her diets - the only one that works for me...if I go off the rails a bit, I always come back to her one. I am awaiting delivery of the new one as we speak! If you just want the DVD, Play are selling it for £12.99 inc del. I wanted the new book and portion pots too so I got it from the RC website.
If you like the Dirty Dancing DVD, why not rent it to try it first? There are reviews on Amazon - seems like people are disappointed there's no music soundtrack from the film. If I ended up with a belly like the woman on the front of the DVD mind you, I wouldn't worry about that!!
Theres a new strictly dancercize dvd, and a Latinasize and Latinatone too and a Pineapple Dance Masterclass....all look quite dancy. And this one has good reviews - Ministry of Sound Pump it up The ultimate dance workout.
Good luck!0 -
FWIW checkout www.videofitness.com for reviews and info about working out at home to DVD's etc, also there's a forum which you may be helpful.
I think it's still a site by and for enthusiasts and I've a great collecion of Yoga DVD's so I can practice at home thanks largely to that site.

Haven't been on there for ages - found this http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=1120620 -
Why don't you borrow them from the library? - will cost you a couple of quid, but at least them you can see if you like them and will bother using them again.
If you really like one, you can them buy it.0
