I really fancy baking something sweet
I have no butter and no sugar (oh, and no milk either!!!). However I do have
lots of eggs (15 to be exact!)
granulated sweetener
self raising flour
hot chocolate
honey
vegetable oil
Some cherry brandy soaked cherries (as you do!)
little bit of treacle
tinned peaches
ready made custard
any ideas?????????

Your downfall is probably the fact you have no milk. So, with those ingredients, what I'd probably do is
Drain the tinned peaches (use the juice for something else)
Mix with the brandy soaked cherries in a casserole dish
Pop in a warm oven (about gas mark 4 ish) for about 20 minutes until warmed through
Serve with the hot ready made custard.
if you've any booze in the house, a drop of brandy or archers added to the fruit is rather nice!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

I've tried making meringue with the one which says you can bake with it (name escapes me) and it didn't work unfortunately. The sweetener I have is the Asda stuff.
