Webitha - I have tried to condense my shopping bill, I have made an effort this month, to meal plan and do most of my shopping at Aldi with a top up at Morrisons. It may work out about £55 a week instead of £80. So I am trying.0

Do have electric/gas with the same company? If so, switching to the same company or an online account can reduce. Can you claim the credit back from your gas via a cheque? £120!
Savings insurance - dig out the documentation find out what this entails... sounds like you are saving this money... if you are going to get it back when this ends? Can you end it early and get your money back now?
Phone the council tax people up and see if you can spread the payments over 12 months - some councils do offer this, it will provide a good reduction to your outgoings.
Shopping is a little high I'd say, and you've already said you are looking into this - well done! There are loads of ways to reduce your food bill, I would back you odds om to get it down to £200 a month!
For credits cards, getting a new low LOB or 0% card would help you greatly. Not sure which debt to tackle first but the overdraft must be a high interest rate - do you know what this is? What are your limits for each card? Have any of these cards offered you a 0% balance transfer?
