Freefivers cheque missing - any ideas?

Hi everyone,

My freefivers account said I had a cheque issued to me on 6th December for nearly £50. Well it never arrived.

So far I have asked for help through the Freefivers website five times, never had a reply in three weeks. I have telephoned the parent company and the man concerned, Chris, was going to ring me back - he didn't. So I rang a second time, and he was going to email me, but he didn't. I have then sent an email. And no reply to that either.

I also have cashback missing from them, and filling in a form on their website for that is useless too.

Has anybody ever been successful with Freefivers in getting a problem resolved?

What should I try next do you think?
