Paypal fund transfer speeds?

Hi, im having a difficult time dealing with the transfer speeds of paypal, sometimes its not ideal to wait 5 days+ to get the money sent to my bank account.

I realise that its possible to get a Paypal debit card which i assume allows you to withdraw your paypal funds directly from an ATM machine but attempting to register for this card gives me a "you are not eligible" message...

So.. im here to ask is there ANY other means of withdrawing funds from paypal directly?

5 working days is about normal, it seems to vary between users and my own transfer rate is approx 6-7 working days.

The paypal debit card is not yet fully available in the UK so that can't help.

There is no faster way of withdrawing money, which can be annoying but of course once you trade for any length of time your turnover is such that you are not reliant on the money paid to fund postage and such like. Also it is worth mentioning, just in case this relates to ebay any one is new or not sure how it works, but sellers should not wait until payment reaches their bank account before shipping goods. Payments, as long as they are not an echeque, are considered clear as soon as they reach the sellers paypal account and goods need to be shipped within a week of that payment for a seller to get full seller protection.

There might be quicker ways to get your funds that I am not awate of,and it might therefore be worth asking on the ebay and other auctions board (see my sig).
