One option would be to try and change the flavour altogether by chopping up some parnsips and cooking them in the soup, and adding some curry power or mixed Indian spices and then purreeing or whizzing in a blender or with a blender stick. This will not appeal to anybody who doesn't like Indian food but it does make a very interesting full-blodied flavoured soup and it won't matter than you already have some turkey flesh in it.0

Is the soup too meaty-flavoured, or too salty? If it's salty, adding a raw potato will neutralise some of the salinity; if it's too meaty try adding a splash of milk or cream to make it a bit milder.2015 comp wins - £370.25

Yes, I would second adding cream if you can. I know what you mean about the strong taste we had that one year and added some cream, it was much better.Away with the fairies.... Back soon0
