a bread machine that always kneads?
I made pizza dough today, and it was only when the cycle stopped that I notices that it didn't stop - the paddle now starts as soon as the machine is plugged in so making bread with it is out!
The pizza base was ok, but it only had one rise so it wasn't as good as usual.
Oh well.
I don't use it that often really so maybe I should get into hand making bread for a while - its therapeutic and I haven't done it at all since getting the machine some 8 or so years ago....
