I've seen something similar in Tesco, if you've got one a bit nearer to you....
Large £1.59 for 8
Medium £1.59 for 10

Hi, I am not sure if this is the correct thread to post on but I saw on the TV last night these Evert Fresh bags that claim to keep your fruit and veg fresher for much longer. They are quite expensive but might be worth it as I tend to throw out quite a bit of produce as it has gone off. If anyone has used them and has any feedback good or bad I would like to know
Thank you!0 -
I've bought them from Lankeland and think they are brilliant, well worth the money, I've even kept spinach for 10 days in one.0

I've used the Lakeland ones too - was a bit sceptical at first but now I find they're brilliant especially for green veg that tends to go off really quickly, like lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, spinach etc.
My record is keeping broccoli in one for 2 weeks, and it still looked and tasted fine!MFiT-T5 #52 - aiming to clear mortgage completelyJanuary 2019: £19620 ~ November 2021: £0.00!0 -
I use the Lakeland ones and they really do work. As I live on my own I find that my veg lasts a lot longer and I do not have to throw things away.:hello: N:hello:A :hello:N :hello:A :hello:M :hello:A :hello:G :hello:S :hello:0

Another vote for lakeland! They are very strong and can be washed and reused too. Well worth the initial outlay IMO.0

I have thought s*d the expense and purchased some. You are right I bought a cauliflower last Wednesday and it it still looks lovely.
How many times do you wash and re-use? Do you just rinse and dry?0 -
Cracked Black Papper Jerky. This jerky is doused with tons of freshly cracked black pepper and marinaded to perfection. Combine that with the unique flavor of high quality peppercorns and you get a one of a kind beef jerky treat.0

Sure I've seen these in pound shops, or are those something different? They come in different colours for veg, cheese, meat etc. but looked a lot like ordinary zip lock bags to me.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Both Poundland and 99p Stores sold the green bags in packs of 20.
I haven't seen them for a while.
They are much thinner than the Lakeland ones but are very effective and can also be re-used.0
