flat mushrooms and cherry toms

got 3 large flat mushrooms and some past there best cherry toms, any ideas please

If you have cheese and nuts you could do some nice stuffed mushrooms. For the stuffing, cook a bit of onion in butter or oil, then add the chopped tomates (preferably skinned). Cook until soft, then add chopped walnuts. Season with salt and black pepper. Spoon into the mushrooms, and top with some grated cheese and breadcrumbs (crumbled feta would be nicest). Bake in the oven until the top is golden. A whole meal for 2-3 (or 2 adults and 2 small children) if you also have salad and bread.

I'd just chop and cook together with some passata or tom puree and some mixed herbs (dried is fine) and have it with pasta.
