Stuart Rose (cheif exec) was on the radio this morning and he said it started tomorrow but there was 40% less sale stock than last year so dont know if there will be brilliant bargains like last time0

I had a look on the website at about 5.30am -thanks baby! - and when you clicked on specific items, eg baby boys tops - it showed sale items among normal ones and they could be added to basket, wasn't much I wanted though0

Can't get website to currently function but wanted to check what time by local branch was open. Good sign that the internet sale may be up ahead.

Went in to Chichester today, and looked at the mens stuff. The sale racks were tucked away, and consisted of about 50 pairs of trousers, some polos and some big woolly jumpers.
Don't hold out much hope.O would some power the giftie gie us to see ourselves as others see us.

Went to M&S at Harrow and could not find anything for baby. All was gone. Tried to order online but everything disappeared before I finished my order.
No luck for me this time

No great luck, but did find a load of boys' jeans for £2 each. Got son three pairs - 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5. That's him sorted for a few years. They were only £5 each to begin with - I don't usually look at their kids' clothes when there's not a sale on so I didn't realise M& S offered such good value!
Also got him a top, down from £9 to £3, but that was pretty much it. Nowt much in mens or womens (although got pair of Per Una jeans in department clearance last week), and very disappointed in shoe department, I've been holding out for the sale to get a new pair of sandals, but there was hardly anything in the sale at all.
Just realised I forgot to check the kids toys/books - back I go after work!0
