No longer available to UK IP's as of 15th January.

I was signed up and got an email regrettably announcing that UK was out.

Something to do with extoritionate licencing and fees, as usual.

    Boo! to the music industry.

Really? Shame...well Ill just enjoy the last few days I guess :(
  • All may not be lost. You might be able to use a non UK-based proxy to re-route the connection to the UK. Obviously, you would have to use a proxy that is based in a country that Pandora works with which will then redirect the stream to you.

Assuming this works through a browser, and if you use firefox, you could try installing something called "torbutton" which enables and disables a proxy with a simple click. You need to download the extension from Mozilla.org and configure it with your chosen proxy server. Might be a little much for some to do this, but it could solve the problem.

Another website that you may not have considered or known about is http://www.last.fm which sounds similar to Pandora although probably not the same.

    It's unfortunate.

    Proxy should work though...

I used Pandora, but all is not lost try radiotime.com, it's free.

    www.radiotime.com

I use it on my PC, Laptop and use it to stream internet radio through my Logitech Squeezebox.

If you create a user account you can set up your favourite radio stations. There are loads available including all the BBC, Classicfm etc etc. I think there's an option to play "listen later" shows and an option to record shows - I haven't personally tried this yet.
