I don't think Topcashback has a minimum withdrawal limit.
Quidco have more shops than TCB, and the recurring earners earn more.
Topcashback generally give as much cashback or more than Quidco, without the £5 fee.0 -

Quidco for me too, never had a problem with them and any questions are quickly answered and resolved
