My top tip, get a pad and pen ready.

I jotted down the Mortgage Exit Redemption Fee info which is that when you took out a mortgage in the initial contract would have been a figure that you would have had to have paid on exiting.

But the mortgage companies have been putting this figure up so when you exited your mortgage the amount would have been higher than what was written in your initial contract. The difference between the two figures is what you can rightfully claim back.

If you have no idea what your contract said, no problem just ring up your original mortgage company and they have the information and can tell you what you may be owed by them.

I have now written down the phone number of my old mortgage company and will ring them tomorrow.

All that information would have wafted right out of my head if I hadn't of written it down.

Changing the subject slightly my OH thinks I'm a right !!!!!! as I kept saying stuff before it was said on telly, like 'he's got all that stuff through comping' and 'oh vinegar and soapnuts will be in there, washes your clothes really well', and 'she's from the oldstyle board her names Lillibet online'.:D

I think he wanted to strangle me.:p

not sure what I think yet. It kind of feels like the newsletter being broadcast 'magazine' style. Good 'taster' for non-MSE'ers watching, but a real shame MSE can't be mentioned.

    Quite fast moving.

I do feel the female presenter - for someone so slim, does need some better fitting underwear and a blouse with buttons that don't gape!!!!

haha i thought that too... she didnt look the best

It wasn't quite as good as I was hoping .... too rushed, too much crammed in. Maybe it will improve. Will keep watching though, just because it's Martin ;)
