Can anyone tell me how to get free delivery on Tesco shopping? This is my first online shop and I will be using vouchers codes too.

You can only use one code at a time but there are some listed on the Tesco codes thread here:

Most have a minimum spend of £50, but there are codes for £10 off. Delivery costs from £3.99 so using a code will cover the cost of delivery and some extra money off as well!
Just type in the code in the box on the checkout page. Good luck with your first shop. It takes ages, but it is so much quicker once you've done the first shop. 0
