Waterproof, Men's Smart Shoes (for the office)?

Hi
With the wet weather we've been having recently, I'm hunting for a pair of black, smart shoes for the office (Oxford-brogue type) that are water-proof or water-resistant.
I bought a pair from Clarks that had a Gore-Tex lining some time ago but despite much Googling I'm completely snookered now and can’t find anything.
Thanks in hopeful anticipation
