How long should you keep pay slips for?

Always keep your P60s but since payslips show accumulated wages weekly/monthly it really isnt necessary to keep them at all if you are employed. I keep my last one at the end of the tax year and staple it to my P60 but probably dont even need to do that.

Keep mine for 6 years..and boy did they come inuseful when had to take my company to tribunal for unfair terms and changes to contracts! (they caved in in the end before I went to tribunal..nice big pay check..tho ofcourse tax man took a bit...unfair really when it was stuff they owed for last few years but hey ho...)0
