I wanna buy a man's hat in Glasgow

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
Does anyone have any idea where my husband can buy a hat in Glasgow.
He would like something like this but unfortunately both stores in Glasgow city centre don't stock them small enough.
He has a very small head and when he tries most of them on he looks like Freddy Parrott with the hat over his ears.
He has tried Debenhams, Moss Bros, Frasers, Next, etc but none of them have anything suitable.
Any help would be much appreciated
