Finally, a conclusion...after taking four weeks to reply to a letter of complaint, EJ are replacing the ring, yey! And I'll just wear this one even less that before lol! Thanks for everyone's help and advice on this one; just goes to show that sometimes after a little prodding you do get a result after all.
