What letters do I send OR

I have recieved my pack from the OR office, (my telephone interview is next Monday), but I am unsure of what paperwork to send.
The letter asks for original loan or finance agreements I hold, I dont have any but do I need to send any of the letters I have from debt collectors to prove the debt so to speak. Also should I sent a copy of the CCJ that I have.

    Hi cornflake,

I would send anything you've got relating to your debts as long as it doesn't make it prohibitively expensive to post. It might be worth doing some "pruning" to ensure that you're not sending all the correspondence from one debt collector; just send the most recent or the one that quotes the original lender and account number.

It doesn't matter if you haven't got the original agreement because the O.R can get hold of those.

    Hi Dalip,

It's funny you should ask Cornflake that, I've been wracking my brains and Google to see if Dalip has any ulterior meaning, other than just an unusual name that is.:D

When I went BR in Sept last yr, I arranged everything subdivided in a folder that included correspondence and statements relating to each creditor owed, proof of disposed off assets (principally my car six months prior to BR), bank account info and proof of outgoings and income.

Since I had by the time I've done this got fully in report/project mode I even included a table of contents at the front of the folder to make in easier for the OR to find what he was looking for.

Clearly this would have been costly to post so I simply dropped it off at the OR's office which also helped with piece of mind in knowing they had got it (they gave me a receipt for the same). I also took the opportunity to get one of the OR's staff to sign the witness statement since I wasn't comfortable asking a friend or family member to do this (which they did for me without any issue).

I do feel been as organised as possible including annotating some statements with explanations where appropriate and or explaining why some data was missing helped my telephone interview to go more smoothly than perhaps it otherwise would have done.
