How long should I cook my homemade frozen fishcakes for?

I made them with Christmas leftovers - smoked salmon, mashed potato, a beaten egg and a tin of tuna. Made five, about half an inch thick, and 4 or 5 inches diameter.
I was thinking I would sprinkle them with flour as they were quite wet when they went in the freezer and then cook them for about 25 mins on 180c.
Does anyone have any similar experience I could learn from here?

I cook mine for about half an hour or so on gas 5/6 approx. Basically you should be able to tell when they are thoroughly heated through. I'm having mine tomorrow night! Enjoy!"0
