Eating for Victory & Make do & Mend books - £3.99 from amazon

There are some very interesting looking books in the amazon sale which I thought may be of interest to some oldstylers!

They are reduced from £9.99 to £3.99 each. I was wondering if anyone has these books already & if they are worth buying?

Damn you - I received some Amazon vouchers for Christmas and have been day dreaming about what I can spend them on..... don't actually think £20 will stretch as far as my dreams though!

Anyway, I guess I would be best to put them to much better use than I had anticipated and so I guess these or similar will be on order soon
