hi all,
we've been on a dmp with the CCCS but as now have mortgage arrears of 2k, they cancelled my plan. ive now received 2 letters from triton services who have taken on 2 rbs accounts. they are demanding full amounts, ive not yet contacted them, as wanted a bit of advice how i approach them. im only able to offer them a £1 token payment for each account, and im expecting them to not accept it. the amounts involved are £3,461 and £418. i have to pay my mortgage arrears obviously first, and this is £300 p/m until end june which will be very tough, and ive learnt some money saving ideas on here so im confident i WILL pay it. just wondered what anyones experience of these are. i was reading some different posts yesterday in google, about how people should ask for the CCA with debt agencies, but i dont know why??
kind thanks for any advice given melie x

i know some people have had some bad experiences with them but they have been ok with me.
I just do everything in writing so im not presured in paying something I can't afford. As long as you send them your income & expenditure they generally accept it for about 3-6 months before they ask for a review.Watch this space.... Will update soon!0
