hi guys,
i don't know if this is happening anywhere else, but in my local music zone (bury) they had one of those big containers on the floor with mismatched cd's, dvd's etc going cheap.
they were just the discs in plastic wallets (no boxes) but there were some serious bargains.
i bought:
phil spector christmas album (where was this when i tried to buy it last xmas?) 99p
Michael jackson- bad (special edition)- £1.99
Stonebridge album (very cool dance group on hed kandi- very rare i find dance music i like) £1.99
a laurel and hardy dvd from the collection thats out- 99p
i noticed a friend of my friend's buying the rem best of album for about £2 (the new one, not the irs one)- gutted i wanted that
they also had lord of the rings 1 and 2 (4 disc versions) £4.99 each
they cost a fortune (if only i liked lotr).
there was so much it was definitely worth looking :j

It's not a nationwide thing, and I'm surprised it's being done. I work in Music Zone and our area manager would never allow it. Good bargain spotting though!0
