doesn't seem to be showing full page and when you fill it in there's no 'register' button. Will try later.

click the box where u put the email address in, and use the indentation button a few times. thats the one where u indent the side of sentances for paragraphs, mine looks like 2 arrows and is 2nd under the esc button. itll move it down to the submit button
