Plain blue girl's tracksuit

Hello,
I am in need of a plain navy tracksuit for my tall skinny 12 year old daughter. The school bans logos and hoods. Boys tracksuits fall off her, adult size 8 is too big and I have had no luck at all the major stores. I'd be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.
