Free Legal Will

I have been looking online for where I can find a proforma for a Free legal will, and can only find paid sites, the cheapest being £9.45 so not bad. Does anyone have any idea where I can get Will documents free. It's not a complicated will just leaving everything (a flat) to my daughter, her guardianship and naming an executor.

Hi, not sure where you can find a free template online, but it's worth checking with your bank, as many of the Current Accounts these days offers "extra's" for holding an account with them. I've got a Barclays Additions account & get a free Will, together with Travel Insurance, Breakdown cover etc..

just a quickie- it really is worth spending the £100 or so on a proper will especially when it comes to guardianship of children, cheapo wills can often be v badly written. ( this is from my dh who is a solicitor)

A solicitor will also help you to tax plan.
