• Organiser. The giveaway is run by [Kaddey legal company name], [address], Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number [number] ("Kaddey").
• Entry period. The giveaway starts on [date] at 00:00 CET and ends on Thursday 19 November 2026 at 23:59 CET. Entries received after that time don't count.
• Who can take part. Open to people aged 18 or over who live in [countries]. Employees of Kaddey, their families and anyone involved in running the giveaway can't take part.
• How to enter. Complete the sign-up form at kaddey.com/[page] with a valid name and email address. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries are disqualified.
• The prize. One Kaddey Switch-E (Switch+ trolley with E-Kit, retail value €2,478), including delivery to the winner's address in one of the eligible countries. Colour and configuration are chosen by Kaddey. The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the prize becomes unavailable, Kaddey may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
• Winner selection. One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries on 2 December 2026.
• Notification and claim. The winner is notified by email and must reply within 14 days with their delivery details. If the winner doesn't reply in time or doesn't meet these rules, Kaddey draws a new winner.
• Announcement. Kaddey may share the winner's first name and country on its website and social channels. Anything more is only shared with the winner's permission.
• Taxes. Any games of chance tax (kansspelbelasting) due on the prize is paid by Kaddey. Any other taxes or charges on the prize in the winner's country, such as gift or income tax, are the winner's responsibility.
• Personal data. Kaddey uses entrants' details only to run the giveaway and contact the winner, in line with our privacy policy. You only receive our newsletter if you give separate permission, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Details of entrants who didn't sign up for the newsletter are deleted after the giveaway ends.
• Social platforms. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
• Changes and liability. Kaddey may change, pause or end the giveaway in case of fraud, technical problems or circumstances outside its control. Kaddey is not responsible for entries that are lost or incomplete because of technical issues.
