Quick Question on Recycling
Driving myself batty going over the recycling rules, and something suddenly struck me - as I'm on sal sac do all the contributions not count on a personal level as strictly speaking they are all employer contributions??? Would make avoiding the recycling rules far easier 🤣🤣
Also, was it Apr 29 the sal sac restrictions start, can't remember OTTOMH.….
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Salary sacrifice doesn't help with recycling I'm afraid. Recycling rules apply to total contributions, not just personal.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -
Yes April 2029 is when the £2k cap comes in for salary sacrifice.
