Hi
Does anyone know where I can get a mini muffin tin possibly in the sales?
Also does anyone make these and if so do I get double the amount from a mix for full sized muffins? Im using the lakeland cases to make them btw.

I have seen these in TKMaxx recently and also in various national outlets. Sorry, but didn't take a lot of notice as I have owned one of these (Prestige) for many years. Good quality and didn't need any paper cases.
I didn't use it for ages, blame the serial dieting, and have now lost the recipe that came with it. It was just enough to make 12 minis.
No one came up with the amounts I needed when I started a thread on here a few months back and I couldn't find a website for Prestige to see if they had one on record. A pity, as I would like to make some now for the freezer.
Is there anyone now who has this recipe? The only ingredient I remember is that it included a small amount of melted butter ...... and flour etc

The only place that I could find one of these was at Lakeland...
http://www.lakeland.co.uk/product.aspx/!11576
I ordered one and was amazed at the weight of it :rotfl: It will probably last longer than me - they did seem a bit expensive but they are a really good quality. Just now on 3 for 2, quidco and I think there is a code floating around for lakeland too.
I seemed to get more than double the amount I would have if I had made standard size muffins as they don't hold a lot (same cases) but they are perfect size for lunch boxes.
Now I won't check back incase someone posts some uber cheap ones - because I will feel really guilty then :rotfl:0 -

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to say, this is a 24 muffin tray instead of most that seem to be 11 or 12 muffins.0 -
