Is ACAS any good?
i am filing an Early conciliation claim tomorrow to my previous employer. Has anyone done one before and had any joy? Thanks.

Other people's war stories aren't going to be identical to your situation, so any responses you get could be very misleading if you are trying assess the likelihood of your own case succeeding. That's not down to ACAS 'being any good' - it depends entirely on the facts of each particular case. People who liked the outcome will tell you ACAS were great, those who didn't like the result will tell you the reverse. I appreciate this isn't a welcome reply, but I'm afraid it's a realistic one.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!2 -
is this regarding your “underpayment” ?
