Uk mortgage if working overseas-help
Me and my wife currently have a 3 year mortgage with about 2.5yrs left. Both are currently UK tax payers. I have the possibility of working overseas for 2 years (possibly longer) earning a tax free salary, my wife will remain in the UK. I am also a military veteran with a military pension which will remain UK taxable even if I work overseas as it's over the 20% tax threshold.
*Firstly, do I need to inform my mortgage company, should I take the overseas job?
*Secondly, what could be the implications with the mortgage should I work overseas?
*Thirdly, are there any other policies that would be affected?
I'm grateful for any advice or if anyone else has had the same situation

If your wife will remain and live there, I can't see why they'd have any business with you working elsewhere. Check what the terms say about change of circumstances and whether they require a notification.
