The prize:

The winner and guest will stay for three nights, B&B, at Hovagimyan Hotel & Suites in Istanbul. The 20-suite residence is the brainchild of the architect and collector Erol Tabanca and opens a door into Karakoy, one of the city’s most vibrant and culturally significant districts. Expect period features, antiques and contemporary comfort, as well as fully equipped kitchens.

The hotel has a rooftop bar, while its Sen’den restaurant celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Turkey.

The prize includes one dinner at Sen’den for the winner and guest, excluding drinks, as well as a budget for return economy-class flights to Istanbul to a total value of £400. It must be taken before July 31, 2027, subject to availability and excluding public holidays and the periods from December 20 to January 1, February 11 to 14, April 1 to 30 and May 1 to 31.
