Thanks for that. I applied a couple of weeks ago, through HL. They said it can take anything from two to eight weeks. The figure in the SIPP, is already in cash. So, we'll see how long it actually takes.

Mine was quicker than that but I had already sold investments to cash, so my platform (II) didn't need to sell anything:

Form sent in to Scottish Widows: 25/9
Scottish Widows request funds from II: 29/9
Scottish Widows receive funds (30 day clock stopped): 15/10 (after some chasing of II by me).

Just an update on this.

Applied on 8/10/26 to HL, for an annuity with Just. Received all the confirmation paperwork yesterday 28/10/26. First partial payment due to go into the bank next Monday 1st November. Then full payments each month on the 1st.

Quite impressed with the speed.
