is anyone else having problems with the site?
I just paid another months payments and now it says

Estimated Total Remaining Debt £0.00
Estimated Completion Date January 2008
I wish, also only one creditor showing up, the one that has been transfered so no wonder my balance is £0

I'm afraid I don't know either but that looks like a glitch on the site and not actually what their records will show - surely?!

Hi,
We had constant problems when they introduced the new system. But we contacted our advisor who had to sort out creditors/balance etc... it's all sorted now. Give your advisor call or pm them about it.Good luck.
