Prize less than expected from Stabilo

Hi comping friends, this is mainly a moan so I apologise. I won this comp:

And today I received my prize of 2 items (photo attached). I’m a little disappointed because the blurb on the comp says “Featuring iconic favourites including the point 88 fineliners, BOSS ORIGINAL highlighters, swing cool Pastel highlighters and a favourite STABILO woody 3 in 1, this prize bundle is packed with colourful, high-quality stationery designed to make learning easier and more enjoyable.”

Of course a win is a win and I am grateful, but there are no original highlighters or pencils in this bundle.

Would you feel a little deflated with this, or am I being a bit silly?

More than deflated, they haven't fulfilled their commitment. Complain to them.

I agree send a polite email querying why the prize isn't the same as what was stated.

Yes, that's only half the prize! Perhaps it's possible they've been sent from different warehouses and will arrive in two separate parcels? Personally I'd probably give them a couple of days to see if another parcel turns up but if not then it's definitely worth chasing.

Agree with the above. I've had prizes sent in parts when some of the items have been out of stock or coming from different places.
