I received an 'irregular activity' spam message 2 weeks ago,and gave my details!!

Thankfully i mentioned it to my husband who realised straight away that it must be spam. Therefore, had to change my bank details, thank goodness nothing was taken, although we did stop account within 45mins of giving out.

Be very alert, they are very realistic e-mails!

Yes everything looks realistic about it. But I have only used paypal once last October so I frantically started checking bank statments etc.

The trouble is that when a genuine message comes through you now assume its spam. I had an email from wanadoo who wanted to check my details. I was very sus about it so I went to the wanadoo website and emailed them from there because I assumed it was spam. But they were genuinely checked my details.
