THE BIG BIRTHDAY WEEKEND £2,000 PRIZE DRAW

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Sterling Furniture Group Limited, trading as Sterling Home, company number SC054090, registered office Moss Road, Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire, FK13 6NS ("Sterling Home", "we", "us").

1.2 This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform used to promote it.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The prize draw opens at 00:01 on Tuesday 13 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 19 October 2026 (the "Entry Period").

2.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The prize draw is open to residents of mainland Great Britain aged 18 or over.

3.2 Employees of Sterling Home, their immediate families, and any agency, supplier or other person professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.3 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

4. How to Enter

4.1 No purchase is necessary.

4.2 To enter, complete the entry form at sterlinghome.co.uk/pages/big-birthday-weekend during the Entry Period. The form can be reached by scanning the QR code displayed in any Sterling Home store, or by visiting the page directly.

4.3 Entrants must provide their first name, last name, phone number, postcode and a valid email address. Entries with missing or invalid details will not be accepted.

4.4 Ticking the "Future Deals and Offers" box is optional and is not a condition of entry.

4.5 One entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries made on behalf of another person, and entries generated by automated means will be disqualified.

4.6 Entry is free. Standard network charges may apply when accessing the website.

5. The Prize

5.1 There is one prize: a £2,000 Sterling Home voucher (the "Prize").

5.2 The Prize can be redeemed against a single purchase in any Sterling Home store or online at sterlinghome.co.uk.

5.3 The Prize is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the voucher has been redeemed, or after the validity period, will be forfeited.

5.4 The Prize can be used on full price and promotional products. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, discount code or affiliate code, and excludes gift cards, Guardsman products and cover plans, delivery charges and installation or assembly services.

5.5 If the winner's purchase exceeds £2,000, the balance must be paid by the winner. No change or cash will be given for purchases below £2,000.

5.6 The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.

5.7 Products purchased using the Prize are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Where an item purchased with the Prize is returned, any refund will be issued as a Sterling Home voucher, not cash.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place on or before Friday 30 October 2026.
