2. The Competition
2.1 The title of the competition is WIN A HOLIDAY. 2.2 To enter, participants must
complete the quiz and submit their email address via the official entry form.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prize is an off-peak static caravan holiday at one of our three parks of your
choice – Unity Beach, Skirlington Coast, Seven Lakes. Five prizes are given away
every 4 months. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash
alternative is offered. 4.3 Unity Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize with
another of equivalent value without notice. 4.4. Holiday can be booked anytime outside
of peak times.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing
date. 5.2 The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 27 November 2026. 5.3 The
winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does
not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a
replacement winner.
6. Data Protection
6.1 By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with
the competition entry may be held and used by Unity Holidays to administer
the competition. 6.2 If you have opted-in to marketing, your data will be used in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. General
7.1 Unity Holidays reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these
terms without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or
any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law. 7.2 Entry into the competition
will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
