Almost £14,000 in debt and unsure what to do

fyi my bank allowed 2x months of payments for two loans to be taken when my account balance was 0 so I now have a £1000+ unauthorised overdraft to add into my DMP too. The loans were with them too so I couldn’t cancel them.
