1. Prize
   There will be one (1) winner.
   One (1) winner will receive one (1) spa day with a maximum value of £250.
   The prize is supplied by a third party and is subject to availability and any terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider.
   The Promoter does not own or operate the spa and has no control over the availability or operation of the prize.
   The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
   The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
2. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
   The draw will take place within 1 day of the competition closing date.
   One (1) winner will be selected to receive the prize.
3. Winner Notification
   One (1) winner will be drawn at random and notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided on entry by a member of the Lem-uhn PR team.
   If a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. Prize Delivery
   The prize will be arranged with the winner by email following successful confirmation of their eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
   The winner may be required to make their own arrangements for travel to and from the spa venue. Any travel or additional costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any prize that is lost, delayed or otherwise affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
   The prize must be claimed within two (2) weeks of the winner being notified. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, a new winner will be selected.
5. Publicity
   By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may use their first name, surname initial, county/city, and likeness for promotional purposes relating to the competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   If a winner objects to such publication, they should notify the Promoter when claiming their prize. The Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities where legally required.
