morning all,
So I took the recent wine wharehouse deal and received it already ! great .
Did anyone else have a payment taken from their account to "wines of the world" on the same day ? Its only for £11.93 but seems strange its on the same day as the Virgin wine payment and I have never heard of them before (totally seperate company) .

You may have inadvertently signed up to a subscription, quite common after purchasing something to get a pop up with some special deal. You may also find out that they keep taking this amount monthly!

Virgin Wines and Wines of the World are both ultimately part of Direct Wines Ltd (aka Laithwaites) who have a good chunk of the direct-to-home booze market.
It's not some kind of Advent Calendar deal is it? Seems pretty much anything can
be flogged offhave value added to it by wrapping it up in holly-infested cardboard between August and January.1
