Lendable and their ilk might be good targets for affordability claims.

Check the debtcamel web-site for details. That could mean the account being removed from your credit record and any interest returned, plus further interest halted.

Take your time to read up and put together your case. Also expect that you'll have to appeal, as they'll most likely reject the first attempt.

And do CCA requests on any card or loan account that was opened some time ago and been sold on. Again research, but this option will be removed in the next year or so.

I agree with the comments made above, I can understand just wanting to be rid of things but you can achieve a much better outcome if you play the long game. Ask for the CCAs first to check the debts are actually enforcable, read the replies very carefully as these companies often word things to try and deceive you and downplay the importance of a debt being unenforcable. When you make offers start low and just leave it and try again in 6 months or so if they don't make a serious counter offer. They will try and make out they are doing you a huge favour by offering to settle a debt for 90% even though they only paid 10% for it.

Don't tell them how much you have available or worry about being untruhtful, these companies try all sorts to try and mislead people and push things as close to lying as they can get away with.

Please follow the advice above. You are in a good position to play the long game as you are about to go on maternity leave.

You can manage the DMP yourself and reduce payments to match reduced income.

Do not tell anyone what you have available and wait to see if the companies approach you with settlement figures.
