Apparently all you have to do is upload an image of yourself and you can win one of these prizes:

Here's what it says on their instructions page:
Entering is easier than bench pressing a pillow. Just complete the registration form and upload an image that shows you at your toughest (we won’t accept images of illegal activities, graphic pictures of violence against others or yourself, or images which may be considered offensive to all but the hardest nut-jobs out there).
Once uploaded, your images will enter our moderation area where they will be assessed in terms of taste, decency and downright worthiness. Once approved, you will become part of our tough gallery - if you’re not a big wuss that is! Other people can then vote on your toughness and every month there will be super tough prizes up for grabs.
