IFA fees
If an IFA sets up a guilt ladder in my SIPP, once in play is it common for him to still take his 0.75 fee?
On the ladder, I know i woukd still pay the fee on the rest of the sipp.

Yes it is if you have selected to have ongoing servicing. No its not if you haven't.
The actual investments used in the SIPP are irrelevant to the advice fee. If you no longer want their service, tell them, and they will turn it off and stop being your IFA.
