About the prize promotion.

1. The promoter is Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”).

2. Marks & Spencer is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number Z6046528). We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws. 3. By entering the prize promotion you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of M&S and to receive email notifications from M&S in relation to the prize promotion. M&S will use your personal information to administer the prize draw. Entering the prize promotion.

4. This prize promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over.

5. The prize promotion starts on 6 October 2026 at 8:00.

6. To enter the prize promotion participants must click enter to win on the prize draw page before 19 October 2026 at 23.59.

7. Only one entry per person. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.

Choosing the winner.

8. There will be 1 winner to win the Ultimate London Festive Stay for two. The winners will be selected at random on the 20 October 2026 by a randomised computer programme.

9. M&S will notify the winners within 7 days of the prize promotion closing via email. The notification will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 days of receiving their email another winner will be selected from the eligible entries. This process will continue until all prizes have been allocated.

10. Once the winner has accepted the prize, their details will be shared with our Winner Management agency, Element, who will contact them to arrange fulfilment of the prize.

The prize.

11. The winner will win the Ultimate London Festive Stay for two. Includes, one-night stay in a five-star hotel in London (based on sharing a double/twin room), breakfast, private chauffeur from point of hotel check-in to departure the next day, pre-theatre dinner and drinks at a top restaurant (max value of £75 per person, including service charge), tickets to a West End show of winner’s choice, £1,000 M&S gift card and an M&S hamper (the “Prize”).

12. A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card.

13. The Prize is valid for a 12-month redemption period, beginning on the day when the winner is notified that they have won. All travel must be completed within that time. 

14. Prize cannot be taken over 21 December – 2 January (Christmas and New Year), Easter Sunday or UK bank holidays. 

15. The Prize does not include travel to and from London.

16. The Prize will be delivered to the email address provided upon Prize acceptance.  

General.

17. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.

18. M&S’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

19. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

20. M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if M&S reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions.

21. Prize details are correct at date of publication. M&S reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.

22. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the prize promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the prize promotion is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the prize promotion.

23. Provision of this prize is subject to the winners acceptance.

24. The winners may be required, subject to their consent, to take part in reasonable post-prize promotion publicity for M&S which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by M&S or other third parties for publicity purposes and the winner agrees to the use of their personal data for such purposes.

25. The entrant agrees to assign all copyright and intellectual property developed during this prize promotion exclusively to M&S.

26. The name and county of the prize winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope within one month of the notification date to Sparks Loyalty Manager, Marks & Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW. Accordingly, please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws governing prize draws, if you are a winner in this prize draw your name and county of residence may be published and/or disclosed to the Advertising Standards Authority.

27. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the prize promotion; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the Prize; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’s control that may cause the prize promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Prize in transit to the winner.

28. If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.

29. We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the prize promotion. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
