TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF X KISS BREAKFAST PROMOTION (the “Competition”)

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition

terms and conditions at: Bauer Radio Competition Terms (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition.

Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

1. THE ON AIR COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN

Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes:

Entries are restricted to one per person.

WhatsApp entries are free of charge.

There will be one (1) winner of the Competition, who will win the Prize described in Section 5.

Phase 1

2.1 Submitting Entries

Entrants must submit a voice note to the dedicated KISS WhatsApp line on 03330 916 974, telling us about a

time when they have judged someone.

Entries should be based on a genuine personal experience and should briefly explain who they judged, what

happened and why they decided to judge them.

Examples of the kind of stories we are looking for include:

• You judged your colleague for turning up late to work, when you knew they had spent the morning

posting gym selfies.

• You judged a friend for getting back with an ex after they had spent months telling you how much

they hated them.

• You judged someone for doing something you thought was unacceptable, only to realise afterwards

that you had completely misunderstood the situation.

Entrants must provide their own story. No second-hand or made-up stories will be accepted.

Entries must be suitable for broadcast and must not contain offensive, discriminatory or explicit content.

In the event of a WhatsApp outage affecting UK users, entrants will be selected from eligible entries already

submitted during the Entry Period.

2.2 Shortlisting2

• All valid entries will be reviewed by a judging panel made up of the Kiss Production Team. They will

select a shortlist of up to 5 entries (minimum of 1, maximum of 5) daily as set out below. Valid entries

will be judged on the following criteria:

• We’re looking for the funniest, most entertaining and unexpected stories that stand out on air. KISS

brand filter will be applied to all stories.

• It must be a personal story. No second-hand or made-up stories are allowed.

• Entries must be suitable for broadcast, with no offensive, discriminatory or explicit content.

• No names are to be used. The station reserves the right to edit entries for playout on air.

• The station reserves the right to change the entrants name and other details in the voice note.

• The station also reserves the right to distort the audio.

• Entries should be concise (guidance is to aim for under 1 minute.

• Entries from each day of the Competition will roll over to the next day, if they are not selected as a

winner for that day. They can continue to roll over to other days as such.

• The same pool of entries will be used throughout the Entry Period, meaning that an entrant’s chances

of winning may decrease throughout the Entry Period, as entry numbers increase.

• Shortlisting will occur as follows –

o Shortlisting on Friday 9th October 2026 at 13:00, for the chance to feature on Monday 12th October 2026

o Shortlisting on Monday 12th October 2026 at 13:00, for the chance to feature on Tuesday 13th

October 2026 Breakfast Show

o Shortlisting on Tuesday 13th October 2026 at 13:00, for the chance to feature on Wednesday 14th

October 2026 Breakfast Show

o Shortlisting on Wednesday 14th October 2026 at 13:00, for the chance to feature on Thursday 15th

October 2026 Breakfast Show

All valid entries will be reviewed by a judging panel made up of the KISS Production Team, the Production

Manager and an independent judge. The judging panel will select a shortlist of up to 5 entries each day, as set

out below. Valid entries will be judged on the following criteria:

• After shortlisting has occurred each day, KISS programming will then contact the selected entrant by

phone, on the number via which the entry was submitted on WhatsApp. The entrant may be asked

to also come on air and discuss their story with Tyler and Chloe. If the entrant does not pick up when

called, another entrant will be selected to play instead.

• The selected entrants will be asked to come on-air on Monday 12th October, Tuesday 13th October

Wednesday 14th October, Thursday 15th October 2026 Breakfast Show. The finale round will take

place on Friday 16th October 2026 Breakfast Show where (one) 1 will receive their prize.

Phase 2

Friday Final Round

All finalists who have successfully progressed from the Monday to Thursday rounds will take part in the final

round on Friday 16th October 2026 final round on KISS Breakfast

Four cakes will be present in the KISS Breakfast studio. One cake will contain the winning marker, represented

by fake cash, and three cakes will contain slime. The cake containing the fake cash will represent the winning

cake.3

Allocation: The order in which the cakes are picked will be determined by an off-air question asked by the

KISS Breakfast production team. finalists will each be asked a 'closest to' question off air, whoever is closest

to the correct answer will have first choice of which cake to pick, with the second closets choosing second,

third closest choosing third and fourth closest choosing fourth. This question will not affect who wins, only

the order in which the cakes are chosen.

Finalists will not be able to choose which cake is allocated to them. Each cake will then be opened to reveal

its contents.

Only the finalist whose allocated cake contains the fake cash will be deemed the winner and will win the

advertised prize. Finalists whose allocated cake contains slime will not win a prize.

The allocation of finalists to cakes will be made at random. The decision of the KISS Breakfast production team

in relation to the allocation and outcome of the final round will be final.

2.3 The Competition

Competition rounds will take place during KISS Breakfast with Tyler and Chloe, between 8:00am and 10:00am,

on:

• Monday 12 October 2026

• Tuesday 13 October 2026

• Wednesday 14 October 2026

• Thursday 15 October 2026

The Friday 16 October 2026 KISS Breakfast Show will feature the final round, during which one (1) winner will

be determined.

The Competition rounds will air during KISS Breakfast Show with Tyler and Chloe on KISS daily from Monday

12th October - Friday 16th October 2026 between 08:00am - 10:00am.

3. ENTRY PERIOD The Entry Period will open at 06:00am on Monday 5 October 2026 and close at 11:00am on Wednesday 14

October 2026. Entries received outside of this period will be invalid.

Winner Announcement. The name of the shortlisted entrants and winner may be announced during the live

period, on-air, on KISS.

4. ENTRY

RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the

Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the

eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition

mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in

compliance with these Terms.

• Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months

on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at

their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been

5. THE PRIZE

One (1) winner will win the following prize (the “Prize”)

Specific Prize Terms:

*The winner will receive a £5,000 cash prize, which may be used towards a holiday of the winner’s choice.

No specific holiday, travel provider, accommodation or booking is included as part of the prize. Bauer Media

Audio Limited will provide the winner with £5,000 in cash only and will not arrange, book or enter into any

holiday or travel agreement on the winner’s behalf

Payment of the Prize

The £5,000 prize will be paid directly to the winner by bank transfer. The winner is responsible for making

any arrangements and bookings relating to their holiday and for ensuring that the prize is used in accordance

with any applicable terms and conditions imposed by the relevant travel provider.

To receive the prize, the winner must provide details of a valid UK bank account held in their own name.

Bauer Media Audio Limited will not transfer the prize to a third-party bank account. The winner may be

required to provide reasonable information to verify their identity and bank account details before payment

can be made.

If the winner does not have a valid UK bank account in their own name, or is unable to provide the required

information within the timeframe specified by Bauer Media Audio Limited, Bauer reserves the right to select

an alternative winner.

Proof of identification and address will need to be provided to Bauer Media. The winner’s name, phone

number, email and address will be cross checked against the Bauer Winner Database and only once they

pass the criteria, they will be deemed the winner of the competition.

Bauer Media Group will aim to send the prizes to the winner within 28 working days from the date they pass

winner checks as mentioned above. However, there may be a delay due to potential unforeseen

circumstances and therefore deliveries may take longer. Bauer Media Group will make necessary attempts

to keep the winner up to date with details of any delays and when the winner can expect the prize. Bauer

Media Group has the right to redraw another winner, if the Entrant selected does not respond within 7 days

of initial contact, and continue to do so until a winner is found.

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared

with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to a Prize Provider to arrange

delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked

an opt-in box on entry. For SMS entries you automatically consent to receive marketing. You may opt out at any time by texting

the word STOP to the relevant text shortcode number. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, then your

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both

to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use

all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any

media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record

or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or

photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional

purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS.

● Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted

and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these

Terms.

● Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our

answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any

answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not

obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

● We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

● You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your

tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or

phone call entry route.

● We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering

the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.

● Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we

reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the

competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend

listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.

● As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any

element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve

the right to amend these Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the

administration of the Competition.
