Self assessment tax due not including Payment on Account already made

My SA was submitted and received on 24 September a week ago. When will I see the amounts I owe after thay have taken my payments on account into consideration. Currently I can only view a tax calulation where it specifially states

This amount does not take into account any 2025-26 payments on account you may have already made

According to these figures I have to make a balancing payment and payment on account by 31 January 2027. I have already paid more in payments on account than the total of these two amounts.

Advice would be appreciated please. Thank
