Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entries must be received by 14:00 on 19 October 2026.  
2. The winner and their plus one must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize. 
3. By entering the competition, you agree to be contacted by Visit Bristol if you are selected as the winner to inform you of the prizes you have won. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.  
4. Prize includes two burgers, two sides, two drinks and two desserts from Burger Theory, Bristol. Prize must be prebooked and eaten in the restaurant. Prize must be claimed in October 2026. 
5. Prize includes a complimentary stay for two at Arnos Manor hotel including breakfast. Prize must be claimed in October 2026. 
6. Prize includes two Fast Track five FEAR Passes for any date 2026: 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 October. The prize is not open to anyone working for Avon Valley Adventure Park or FEAR Scream Park. Experiences, Thrill Rides, Stalls, Food & Drinks are an additional charge. 
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.  
8. If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.  
9. Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.  
10. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfilment.  
11. The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.  
12. Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.  
13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
